MORNING CLASS:

YOGA BASICS:

This class will focus on the basics of yoga - including basic postures, alignment, and breath. We will take time to to move slowly through poses as we increase awareness of our bodies. This is a great class to introduce you to yoga or become reacquainted with your practice.

YOGA I: 

Best for beginners? Those who have taken basics? An easy flowing yoga to gently strengthen and nourish the body. 

YOGA II: 

Intermediate yoga. This class is for those who have some experience with asana practice or are looking to challenge themselves

COMMUNITY YOGA:

Description? All levels welcome!
